Cancellations and Refunds
You can upgrade plans or cancel at any time. Setup fees are never refundable.
If you cancel a monthly account in the middle of a monthly billing cycle, the cancellation will be effective the first of the following month. There is no pro-ration of the monthly fee.
If you opted for one of the discounted yearly plans and exited before end of year—your refund will be based on the monthly fee for that plan. For example, if you purchased the $99 yearly plan and decided to cancel after seven months, your account would then be closed out at 7 (months) times $15 (per month) = $105. And because we are nice people, in lieu of billing you the additional $6 owed, we will simply close your account out and say ‘thank you’. Make sense?
