If the average song on iTunes is 4.1MB, then 10TB would be the equivalent to 2,557,502 songs. Amazon’s EC2 would charge you $1,800.00 a month for that kind of traffic. With Joyent, it is FREE. If your site takes off and moves more than 10TB cap, bandwidth costs $0.15 per GiB.

Cancellations and Refunds:

You can upgrade plans or cancel at any time. Setup fees are never refundable.

If you cancel a monthly account in the middle of a monthly billing cycle, the cancellation will be effective the first of the following month. There is no pro-ration of the monthly fee.

If you opted for one of the discounted yearly plans and exited before end of year – your refund will be based on the monthly fee for that plan. For example, if you purchased the $1,250 yearly plan and decided to cancel after seven months, your account would then be closed out at 7 (months) times $125 (per month) = $875. Your refund would be $375. Make sense?
